After years of working in contact center operations and unified communications, Tony identified a recurring challenge. He saw an opportunity to create a company that could bridge the gap between strategy and execution by combining technical expertise with thoughtful design and hands-on training.

Drawing from his background in project delivery, solution architecture, and mentoring, Tony built CX Core Logic to be more than a consultancy.
